The testing facility of the company, it is the area for complex testing of the propellers with ability of simulation of extremely heavy duty operation by means of cyclic loading, commonly with simulation of the resonance phenomenon's on the rupture test machine. The whole facility has currently statute of the Official test facility of LAA under leadership of Mr. Z. Huječek. In the program of this test facility, there are among others the tests:
- the strength tests of propeller hub and propeller seating, including the material tests
- the strength tests of the root parts of the propeller blades, tests of material samples used for blades manufacturing
- checking the dimensions and shapes of propeller blades, their mass and inertial moments
- laboratory frequency measurements of propeller blades and theoretical determination of the resonance RPM
- laboratory function tests of the adjusting mechanism and the complete propeller head, when simulating the effect of centrifugal forces and torque moments of the blades
- static balancing and measuring the dynamic unbalance of propeller and checking the run-out
- the function tests of the rotating propeller on the test stand including the measuring of the performance characteristics and determination of the propeller endurance against the rotating overload and stall flutter
- the function tests of the propeller on piston engines, for which the propeller has been designed including the verification of assembly, disassembly, adjusting and maintenance
- the fatigue laboratory tests of the hubs and blades
- environmental tests for determination of propeller resistance against the atmospheric effects as are for example dampness, dustiness etc.
- endurance tests on the piston engine of ground test facility - effect of acceleration and deceleration
- the experimental flight service
